Ford Motor Company wins in Customer Satisfaction

According to a recent report conducted by RDA Group of Bloomsfield Hills, Michigan, customer safisfaction with the overall quality of the Ford Super Duty, Dodge Ram, and Chevrolet/GMC HD is as follows:
83% customer satisfaction for Ford Super Duty.
77% customer satisfaction for Dodge Ram 2500/3500.
73% customer satisfaction for Chevrolet/GMC HD.
Ford Motor Company's Super Duty continues to lead the pack in customer satisfaction and dominate the diesel pickup truck market, responsible for nearly 50% of heavy duty pickup truck sales. This information does not reflect the latest version of the 6.7L Cummins, which now boasts 800 lb-ft. The survey was conducted in 2010 and reflects 2010 - 2011 model trucks. Ford's market share has increased as a result of the popularity of their in-house produced 6.7L Power Stroke.
