Power Stroke Maintenance Schedule

7.3L, 6.0L, 6.4L, & 6.7L Power Stroke Service Intervals

The following maintenance intervals are recommended in order to ensure the longevity of the Power Stroke Diesel. Some items are listed in miles, operational hours, and/or time - perform maintenance at whichever comes first. Only use fluids and replacement parts that meet or exceed Ford's specifications. In addition to the scheduled maintenance listed below, the brake pads, serpentine belt, engine coolant hoses, brake/transmission fluid level, engine coolant level, and air filter condition should be checked at each oil change.
